Baldwin Park Real Estate

A traditional Orlando neighborhood — walkable, connected, and built around community.

A Traditional Orlando Neighborhood

Baldwin Park is an award-winning neighborhood inspired by traditions of the past. A livable, walkable residential community built on the site of a former Naval Training Center, Baldwin Park is located only three miles from downtown Orlando, Florida. The 1,100-acre neighborhood is home to 8,000 residents and more than 125 businesses.

A wide range of housing choices, great schools, parks, lakes, shops, and restaurants make Baldwin Park one of Orlando’s most desirable places to live, work, and play.

A Real Sense of Community

When you live in Baldwin Park, it’s easy to meet people, get involved in new activities, and find new ways to enjoy the beauty of nature. Wide sidewalks on every street, miles of bike paths, and trails around the lakes encourage neighbors to experience life outside.

Dogs and kids seem to be the social glue at the neighborhood parks, playgrounds, and pools, but adult residents have also formed dozens of clubs and civic associations, with new ones cropping up all the time. Offering a real sense of community, top-quality schools, popular restaurants, and a busy schedule of special events, Baldwin Park has become one of Orlando’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Close to Everything

Just three miles from downtown Orlando, Baldwin Park enjoys an exceptional location convenient to Orlando’s central business district, cultural attractions, theaters, and sports venues. Take in an Orlando Magic game, see a Broadway touring show, or visit the Orlando Science Center — they’re all just minutes away. When you need to go farther afield, you’ll find easy connections to the East-West Expressway (SR 408), Interstate 4, and the GreeneWay (SR 417).
